Parry Spirulina, the largest producer of spirulina in India and one of the largest globally, operates world-renowned spirulina farms in Tamil Nadu. In their continuous pursuit of enhancing quality and efficiency, their director, Mr. Muthu Murugappan, discovered our services. We were honored to undertake the project of overhauling their entire downstream processing line and installing our equipment on their farm. We established a fully automated system that enables a single person, aided by a SCADA system, to manage their entire 100-acre farm.

Our solutions for the Project:

Parry Nutraceuticals, known for their stringent processes, first installed a 20 KLPH trial system on their farm. The trial, spanning all seasons, lasted one year, after which they placed an order for the full project. We specially developed an auto-discharge dewatering system to meet their requirements. The project has been running successfully for multiple years in their 100 acre farm now.
