Mr. Nachiappan contacted us after viewing our offerings online, expressing interest in establishing a venture in India while working in the Middle East. Upon assisting him in identifying various vendors and contractors, we commenced the project, coordinating closely with the vendors. Despite numerous challenges and changes in contractors, we successfully completed the project in approximately 1.5 years. Now, his export-oriented project, spanning 4.5 acres in Kambanur, produces over 5 tons of organic spirulina each month.

Initially serving as consultants, we transitioned to a hands-on, turnkey approach for this project due to challenges encountered with the initial contractor hired by the client. To address these issues, we deployed our staff to reside at the project site, facilitating coordination among various vendors and ensuring the project’s successful initiation despite early setbacks.
