
After successfully running a small-scale spirulina farm in Spain and receiving a positive market response, Mr. Joan decided to expand. Understanding the benefits of automation, he aimed to reduce labor costs, increase yield, ensure reliability, and enhance product quality. Our solutions for the Project
Given Spain’s chilly climate for extended periods, we designed a polytunnel-based system with partial temperature control to optimize growth conditions. Additionally, we collaborated closely with his team to formulate a custom organic feed using locally available resources.
To streamline operations, we developed a zero-labor process line, fully integrated with a Refractive Window Dryer, along with automated packing and tableting systems, ensuring efficiency and consistency in production.
