After successfully running a small-scale spirulina farm in Spain and receiving a positive market response, Mr. Joan decided to expand. Our solutions for the Project

Given Spain’s chilly climate for extended periods, we designed a polytunnel-based system with partial temperature control to optimize growth conditions. Additionally, we collaborated closely with his team to formulate a custom organic feed using locally available resources.

To streamline operations, we developed a zero-labor process line, fully integrated with a Refractive Window Dryer, along with automated packing and tableting systems, ensuring efficiency and consistency in production.
