The team at Avani Nutra was eager to initiate a novel project in their hometown, Mandya. One team member, experienced in web marketing, identified spirulina as a promising product with rising online sales. With assistance from his father, a contractor, we established the project on a pristine 2-acre sugarcane farm. Despite initial challenges related to new product development, we achieved success after implementing some adjustments.
