The team at Avani Nutra was eager to initiate a novel project in their hometown, Mandya. One team member, experienced in web marketing, identified spirulina as a promising product with rising online sales. With assistance from his father, a contractor, we established the project on a pristine 2-acre sugarcane farm. Despite initial challenges related to new product development, we achieved success after implementing some adjustments.
The team, being young and enthusiastic, contrasted with the contractor's experience from an older generation, necessitating extensive explanations, detailed discussions, and efforts to find common ground. The project embodied a fusion of traditional wisdom and modern scientific approaches, as evidenced by the blend of older-style constructions and cutting edge equipment.
